I preordered some roses from the rosesource.com, we wanted to find out if they were reliable. They were beautiful and huge. We loved them. I now have an order of 300 waiting to be sent to us on September 11th. The people were wonderful to work with and helped me order my large amount.

I have been hoarding sites for wholesale fresh flowers for a while. I know this isn't a complete list - I'm looking specifically for gerbera daisies or daffodils, so any place that didn't have either of those didn't get marked. I ended up with a spreadsheet to compare the different amounts/prices and keep track of who charges shipping separate.
2G Roses (freshroses.com) - first place I started, have great "sample" options for roses, but are a little pricey for gerbs. 40 gerbs for $107, 10 mini callas for $36 - shipping extra.
Growersbox.com - 84 gerbs for $222, includes shipping.
samsclub.com - 80 gerbs for $65, includes shipping. 48 roses for $80. (Not sure on quality!)
Globalrose.com - 135 gerbs for $110. Includes shipping.
Costco.com - 80 gerbs for $90. Also offer premade bouts/corsages- 15 for $160, includes shipping.
fiftyflowers.com - 60 gerbs for $90. Offer "wedding packs" of flower mixes that seem affordable if you're buying a large amount. Mini callas 30/$170
Americanfloraldistributors.com - 40 gerbs/$85, 10 mini callas/$35. Shipping included
Flowerbud.com - 80 gerbs/$170, shipping included
Bloomsbythebox.com - 10 gerbs/$25, shipping = $50 per $200
FLowersandfreshness.com - 50 gerbs/$57, shipping included.
Sunkingwholesale.com - 135 gerbs/$137, shipping included.
In general, there are a lot of options and most of them are reasonable. I haven't started contacting these folks to determine customer service, but at this point I'm planning to order a test batch from Sams to see what their quality is like, and then probably order from two different sources for the wedding itself. For instance, a small order from both flowersandfreshness and globalrose will provide us with enough flowers even if one turns up wilted or doesn't arrive, and will give us plenty of "extra" if everything's perfect (after all, what's the harm with a few more flowers than required?) If we buy 100 mixed gerberas and 140 mini gerbs, plus greenery, we'll still be under/around $200 for a TON of flowers! (Compared to a florist order.)
Good luck! Wholesale flowers can be very reasonable, but it takes a bit of shopping around to get the best flowers for the price.

We ordered our mini calla lilies from Pacific Callas. They turned out perfect! They were a great price, were very fresh, and the colors were great!

I used to work for the Walmart call center in Arkansas. The flowers are beautiful and if they don't arrive in perfect condition, the call center folks will refund the entire bill and get your flowers from another vendor on their tab. Some people don't like the idea of ordering flowers but out of the thousands of weddings we sent flowers to, only two ended up needing to be fixed. Just be sure to completely unwrap the flowers before you count them. The biggest problem was that the bride would only unwrap it halfway and think they only got half the order. They are packaged to keep the flower beautiful, which means extra snug. Hope this helps.
