This has nothing to do with wedding stuff, but I can't get a hold of Justin and it is to late to call anyone else. I just checked my e-mail and my financial aid award letter for the summer finally came in. I borrowed for the spring semester and I have $1000 left from that. My total for the summer is $1700 and my Fall semester will probably be around that amount (I'm only taking 9 hours and then I'm supposed to graduate.) At first I was happy with the reward amount, It was almost $3000. Thenl I noticed that it is a parent loan that they want to give me. I don't think the parent loans are deferred so my parents would have to start paying it back in 90 days. If it was deferred I would just ask them to keep it in their names until December and then transfer it into mine. I don't want to have to tell them about it. I don't know what I'm going to do either. I want to graduate in December so bad. There is no way I can work because I live an hour and a half from school and I will be going to school every day from 8-2. Even if I did get a job there is no way I could save enough money by the time I would have to make the payment. :bbcry:

I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. It's so tough trying to go to school and save money and plan a wedding on top of it.
Call and find out for sure if your parents would have to start paying it back after 90 or if only if you don't start paying it back they will. My loan is that if i don't pay it my parents will have to. My other thought is, if your parents will have to pay it, see if you can just give them the money every month so they don't actually have to pay it.
As for work, does your school have student jobs on campus? You might be able to get one for between classes and in the afternoon when you're done class. It can be tough cause it puts more on your plate. My school has some lab monitor jobs and jobs at the library where you can also do your homework.
Good Luck! I hope everything works out for you!

Thanks. Everything is okay now. I talked with my mom and she said she would pay the loan until December and then I can just take it over. I was tired last night and a little irrational. I was freaking out!
