Decided against Black Roses so used Black Feathers, Crystals and Leaf Shaped Beads to break it up.

Then had a bit of a Panic Attack thinking how on earth is that lot going to go into this LOL.

But i managed to after a bit of Swearing and a few Cups of Tea.
Here it is against the bottom of my Red Wedding Dress.
I couldn't manage to hold it and take a Picture. And i'm not sure where the timer is on the Digi-Cam.
It's slightly twisted in the Photo. The Dingly-Dangly Black Grass should be at the Bottom when i hold it. But the box hidden under the Dress refused to play ball.

I love that you added crystals to your bouquet. I make jewelry as a hobby and was thinking about adding crystals to mine. Crystals add to the elegance of the bouquet and that's perfect for your red dress. If you had the inclination, you could market making bouquets, because you did a fantastic job!

Oh I love it! If the hotel package we were looking at didn't do a bouquet as part of the package, I would totally take a stab at making my own.
Good job!

Total Cost for everything converts to Approx $25. So a total Bargain. And all from eBay. Right down to the Ribbon, the Wires and the Tape.
I did get my Buttonhole Flowers made by a Professional. Will post Photos of those too.

Mitch,
Your bouquet turned out great! I will be honest though and tell you that I'm not crazy about the grass on the bottom because I like to see a little more uniformity throughout a bouquet. So, that being said, a suggestion I would have if you really want the grass is to add a few sprigs of it throughout the bouquet. I have used grass like that in bouquets before and using a scissors curled it (like you would curl curling ribbon) so that it was more springy and it turned out wonderful. If you like that idea, test it first on a piece that isn't in your bouquet.
I love your use of feathers and the ribbon loops throughout the bouquet and girl, for someone who was worried about doing this, the bouquet looks professionally done! Great job!

See, That's what i LOVE about this place. The Feedback is great to read. I'm not too sure about it either. I know it needs "Something" but i'm just not sure what exactly.
I do have another Length of the Grass left over. One Length equates to Four Sprigs. And there's Six Sprigs in there at the moment. So i could cut some and add here and there.
Or maybe take it out completely and add Ribbon instead because that's already in there.

It's the BIG bit that's worrying me more than anything. I have been thinking about getting another Oasis holder and making it again but Smaller. I'm only 5ft 4. (5ft 8 on the Day :winktongue:) and weigh 125 LB.
I don't want to fall over

I think you did a great job! I agree with Kelly though, about the grass. Looks a bit out of place. Not sure what to suggest though. I thought about Ivy (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/ivy.html) (or maybe these (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/pa.html))but that might take away from the grandness of it. I am sure you will figure it our and it will look great!

It looks so beautiful. How about long loops of ribbon with knots tied in them to loosen up the grass and give it some more flow.

UPDATE.
I tried curling the spare grass i had but it went a bit insane. If that grass had a voice it would have been screaming "Oh No, Now I Look Like An Explosion In A Matress Factory"
So after a few hours searching Google and eBay for some ideas. I've managed to get hold of Black Ostrich Feathers. Big fluffy ones! And they are only in the next town. About Two Mile from my Front Door. So i'm waiting for the Seller to mail me back to arrange collection.
I also got some Red Ostrich Feathers from her. She used them for her own Wedding (Ppffth and here was Me thinking i was unique using Feathers LOL)
I was thinking about using them somewhere on the Cake table with the left over Black ones. I've got a really posh vase to work with.
The only downside is i've got to take the original Bouquet apart and start again with another holder. When i pulled the grass out it made a complete mess of the oasis. And there will be nowhere to put the Feathers.
But it'll work out fine because then i can make it a bit smaller all round. :D

You did a great job on the bouquet; too bad you have to take it apart and do it over again. But if you thought it was too big then it works out anyway; I am sure the new version will be great too :D

It all works out because this time round i'll have a better idea of the finished product. And things always go better for me second time around.
In my case, a bit like Husbands when you think about it. :winktongue:

Well i re-made My Bouquet Tonight. But Photobucket is throwing a Hissy-Fit and won't upload :irked:
As soon as it calms down and does as it's told, i'll post the Pic here.
I've made it Smaller and added some Black Ostrich Feathers to the Bottom to give it some length.
It was a Pig to Photograph one handed while holding it with the other. But i couldn't lay it down incase the Ostrich Feathers have suicidal tendencies and throw themselves under the flowers LOL.

OK. I sneaked the pic onto FH's Photobucket :winktongue:
It's gone from this.

To this.
But i'm going to move a couple of Flowers around because there appears to be a few more Ivory in places. And move a Few Black Feathers from the back to inbetween the Flowers. And also cover up a bit of the Green.
Well, i did throw it together in like half an hour LOL.
Doh Me!

I'm in the UK and got them local. They cost Me £2 (Approx £4).
They come in a long stick so i cut each one just above the "leaf" so i ended up with the bead and a bit of stalk.
