Ok, this morning I'm sitting here reading all my threads and Tabitha comes up demanding to be feed. There is a problem with the internal speakers on the computer so RC had added some external ones leaving the cord on the floor in front of the computer. I didn't know it but she had wrapped them around my foot. When I stood up to go feed her in the kitchen, BAMM down I went. I think I broke my Big toe! I just called RC crying and he is coming home to check on me. I'm such a klutz. No, I won' be blaming him. Now I can't even feel my foot. Darn, this is going to cost money I'm afraid.

I fell over trying to take my jeans off a few weeks ago. My foot got stuck and down I went...lol. Luckily I landed on carpet and somewhat caught myself...so all I had was a bruised wrist and hip for a couple days. I hate it when I do klutzy things!

Good news: not broken just badly sprained. :sob: Hurts like hector. He fixed me some ice water and salt to soak it in. Swelling is going down

I hate hate hate hurting/stubbing my toes! That hurts so bad!! I'm sorry!

When my mom fell and broke her wrist a few months ago she also sprained it, and the doc told her the sprain is what was most likely causing most of her pain - and it was going to take longer than the break to heal! Sometimes breaking it is better than spraining it!

Owwww. Toe injuries of any sort make me cringe (I won't even let my fiance touch my toes, haha). I'm also a klutz and do stuff like that all the time... it's amazing that I haven't hurt myself badly yet (knock on wood).

He was so cute this evening. He fussed at me for being on my feet cooking dinner for tonight. He made me sit down and then started waiting on me hand and "foot" I've been given drugs so I feel much better. He said I have "turf toe" It's a football injury LOL. He said I should be ok in a couple of days. Until then I'm to keep my foot elevated and use ice and use Aleve. Yes Doctor! :D

that sucks but is kind of funny...as is the puttin on the jeans and crashing but im sorry it hurt! at my bachelorette party i was standing on speakers and about to jump off but my toe got caught in between some plywood they had on the side and the actual speaker so when i jumped, my toe stayed....it sucked BIG time..but tequila helped :cheers:

Try driving a big truck with a 2 broken toes. Now that hurts, especialy when it's the right foot and your stuck in traffic.

Just be glad you aint got air brakes, those pedals are hard to push down when your foot feels fine.

Yes it is several shades of black, blue and purple! Tried to get a picture but they come out fuzzy from shaking.

Still can't bend my toes but it is feeling better.
