Who's a Netflix junkie like me? :grinhappy:
The last films I watched were "WalMart : The High Price of the Low Cost", "There Will Be Blood", and "Capote". (Sweet, sweet, and sweet!)
My next 5 are:
- Meet Bill
- 30 Days : Season 1 (disc one)
- 30 Days : Season 1 (disc two)
- No Country For Old Men
- Hotel Rwanda
This, my dear, is a very interesting post. LOL. And I wanna join in! ;)
Our 3 that we just sent back were -
Crazy Sexy Cancer
Grass
My Girl 2
I recommend all three of these, by the way. :grinhappy:
The next five in line are -
The Laramie Project
King Corn
Born into Brothels
Thank You for Smoking
Half Nelson
We have 200 movies in our queue. Haha

All of these movies are in our queue! If you enjoyed Capote then you might want to check out Infamous. It finished production before, but didn't get released until after Capote so it was overshadowed. We got to watch a sneak preview of it and left the theater speechless. It was so good. I haven't seen Capote yet so I can't compare the two, but we both loved this one. There always seems to be a debate going on regarding which version is better among those who have seen them both!
BTW - I'm a 30 Days junkie.

We only get one at a time. So we get about 2-3 movies a week. We JUST sent back License to Wed. Very cute, worth a watch I'd say.
Next up are:
Rambo - Yes the new one. I love the Rambo movies >.> shhhh!
Hiding Out - Mmmmm 80's movies and Jon Cryer was adorable.
Talladega Nights - Yup we're Will Ferrel fans.
Cars - Because I never got to see it and it looks cute!
Coming up soon also are the Tenth Kingdom DvD's. It was a mini series in...the late 90's I think if not early 2000's. Cute, fairytale stuff. I haven't seen it in quite some time and am eager!
Wow, that's awesome that you can just do one at a time and still are able to watch plenty of them. For some reason, the Houston location is so darn slow that if we did that then we would probably only be able to watch one a week.

Coming up:

Thanks for the reminder...I need to add some more to our queue!

Yes, we're lucky. I think there is a Netflix location nearby our city if not in it hehe.
Also, last night I rearranged the queue and added Firefly and Serenity. I've been avoiding watching them for YEARS cause of all the hype from my nerdy friends. All the talking annoyed me out of watching them haha. Well...after watching Joss Whedon's "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" project I finally relented! If he can come up with that he can't be all that bad ;)

I've got the Blockbuster thing, instead of Netflix, but it's basically the same. I do one out at a time, but can exchange in-store twice a month. The last one they sent was The Golden Compass, which I've had it for nearly two months and haven't found any time to watch it yet! Eeek! Before that, I was doing at least 2 a week usually, but summer is a busy time.
Next five up:
- Be Kind Rewind
- Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo
- The Other Boleyn Girl
- My Neighbor Totoro
- The Mist
Brian's Bride

Well, we watched Superbad last night. We've also had I Am Legend for a couple of days and really wanted to watch that, but the stupid disc didn't work! That's a first for us with Netflix.
We recently sent back No Reservations (snooze) and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (ANOTHER snooze!).
Next up:
Semi-Pro
Definitely, Maybe
The Invisible

There's one right in Houston too! I don't know why they're so slow. :snide:
Ohhh I'm gonna have to check into those movies. I love Joss Whedon because of the tv shows he's behind so I'm sure that I'd be into his movies as well.

I don't have netflix - no tv - but we are seriously considering breaking down and getting one for watching movies. There are so many out that I haven't gotten to see since we can't afford to go to the theater for every one we want to see!
I did want to give a mini rave about Firefly/Serenity - I try as hard as I possibly can to NOT be a geek - but I loved those! We watched all the episodes of Firefly in one weekend because I just couldn't turn them off!

Crazy Sexy Cancer
I'm not sure about this movie, but I'll assume it's the same lady who wrote 'Crazy Sexy Cancer Tips'?
I have read about a quarter of it and love it!! What a neat story! And what a stellar way of looking at things!!
And I can't believe it takes so long for you to get movies. Mine are sent and received within 24 hours!

Yep, that's her. I adore that chick. She filmed documented her struggle with cancer and all of the treatments that she tried. It's quite amazing, especially to me!
Wow I can't believe everybody's quick turnaround! :bbeek: Geeez.
