I'm making chocolate covered marshmallows for my favors.. I'm also doing smore marshmallows as well..
I just take regular marshmallows you buy at the store cut them in half.
Dip into dark chocolate melted over a double boiler. (I use make'n'mold)
If going to drizzle let the chocolate set up in fridge about 10 minutes.
When doing smores take out of the chocolate and roll around in crushed graham cracker crumbs. Put in fridge 10-20 minutes then package keep in cool dry place.
I'm putting 2 regular and 3 smore in little chinese take out boxes with ribbon.. I'm soo excited I will post pictures of the final favors but here's how they turn out. :)
(I plan on preparing them a week before the wedding.. all 300 :ooh: )
