So Matt and I finally got word that our apartment will be ready soon for us to move in! For anyone who doesn't know, DH and I got jobs in Florida (moving from near Chicago). I will be working as a "house parent" at an international college prep boarding school, we will live in an apartment within on of the dorms and I keep things in the dorm going smoothly. Matt will be working part time for the school with their after-school program and also as a youth pastor in the town.
We will be making the 15 hour drive down (we are staying with my parents in Indiana right now) on August 3rd (a Sunday). We will drive straight through, we don't like to stop for the night or anything. So we will leave at 3am Sunday morning and get there at about 6:30ish that night.
Our stuff will be delievered Monday and then we start to get settled in. We are really excited and we hope these next 18 days don't go too slowly! I hope to be around the boards more again after we get settled in.
