Hello Brides,
I wanted to get some feedback from actual brides on something. When it comes to your Bridal Session Photos, I know how the traditional Images are done, but I wanted to add a twist. Please let me know what you think about the following images, and if you as a Bride would want to have images of yourself in this style or do you not like the concept.
Your input is much appreciated.

If you want my honest opinion, I personally wouldn't want pictures of myself like that...BUT there are people in this world who would!! So I guess it depends on the bride really!!

PS they are very nice pictures just not my style!! Thats all!

I like the first and second pic. The other two look like they come out of a fashion magazine and it is not what I would want. I think maybe a mixture of traditional and these pics would be nice. These aren't really the kind you would give to grandma. However, I would like something like them for an album or a picture at my home. I especially like number 2.

I think they look great ;) Being married to a metrosexual, I know my groom and his guys would probably want some too. I LOVE fashion and modeling, so I would be game :) Of course, all prior to the wedding day. They are great for a high-end, high style look, and a great addition to plain bridal portraiture. Looks like fun :) and a great treat too-- might as well get some wear out of that dress!

The style of the pics are gorgeous. I just cant stand the "unhappy and/or PO'd" looking bride. Your wedding is supposed to be a happy day, but you hardly EVER see a happy smiling bride. Thats just my opinion. The second pic....if she was smiling, that would be the coolest pic!

Now those ARE great. The women look like they KNOW they just married the man of their dreams! They look happy to be a bride!
Thanks for posting those!

On the first post, I like the one where she's holding her ring out in front of her so you can really see it, but not with her dress up around her thighs! That's a little much to me. And in the second post, I like the first picture a lot. Although I agree with Canadianbride, there probably are people out there who would like shots like those.

I think it would be fun to get pictures in poses like the first one...but I don't know if I'd incorporate that into my bridal portrait session. But I've always wanted to pose while someone "Oh Yes, like that, you're a sexy tiger, MEOW!" Ok, I'm weird. :D

I think the second set of pictures are more my style. I might actually suggest them to my photographer!

I think I am with the rest when I say I like the first set, mainly the first pose but they are not my style, not that Nihcolas wouldnt mind having one of me like that lol. The second set is realy nice. Those I can see any one doing.
