My new phone!

I've had a cell phone since 2003, but I've never actually picked out a cell phone for myself. I signed onto my sister's plan, and I just went with the free phone they were offering (very basic Samsung). Then we got a buy one get one free deal on other Samsungs that were flip phones.

So... now I decided to go onto my fiance's plan, and I got a new phone! I'm very excited about it 'cause I've never had a cell phone that didn't just offer the basic functions before. Somewhat long story short, I picked out a pink one! It's not my usual choice in colors, but I love it, nonetheless, perhaps even more because it's different from what I'd normally pick.

I'm not sure the exact model, but I've got pics. It's a Sanyo.

I have an LG Chocolate in Blue Mint. I hate it! Like you I had the same phone for 4 yrs and decided I needed a new one. It was a samsung as well. Now I am really not liking my new phone but I refuse to spend the money on another one that I may or may not like. I do love your phone though. Let me know how you like it...

I've got the same exact one. Im not a big fan of it. Ive had to replace it 3 seperate times because the motherboard went out on me. Thankfully I have insurance but it's still $50!!

I cant wait until our plan is up and I can pick out a better phone. LOL.

I've got one of the very first Nokia "Flip" Phones. I've had it years. It's been dropped, been under water, bounced off the walls, been down the Toilet and in a muddy puddle and it still works. :bbeek:

I've always had Nokia Phones since they first came out. Infact my very first Mobile Phone (Cell) was a Nokia ONE!!

Tried selling it on eBay for a laugh and got no bids even for £1 :rofl:

To me it's either Nokia or Two Tin Cans and a piece of string to communicate with.

I just got the iPhone yesterday!! woot!

I actually got FH's old one... but it's still pretty much brand new. He's had the old one for about a year now...he just bought the brand new 3G iphone yesterday, so I got his old one :grinhappy:

I'm so addicted to it right now... there are so many fun things on it. I only have 4 weeks left of grad school and I have so much to get done, but right now my new phone is getting all of my attention.:soppy:

Yes it's a Virgin Mobile, however I have never had a dropped call, yet (many when I had Sprint and Qwest), plus no matter where I'm at, as long as the tower is digital, no roaming. $50 per month for 400 anytime and unlimited nights and weekend. Plus I get free minutes, can design my own wallpapers, ringtones, etc. to upload to phone (or sell them on their site, and get free minutes), plus they have a charity for homeless kids, that my payment helps.

I have the motorola KRAZR. I have almost a year left in my plan before I can get a new phone. FH has the same phone but mine looks almost brand new compared to his. He is so hard on phones. He's a mechanic and his phone gets pretty dirty and beat up. I'm jealous of some of the phones. I'm on a smaller carrier, US Cellular, and they don't have as many choices for phones as some of the larger companies like AT&T

Yes! I am another Nokia fan. I strayed for a while with Motorola, and ended up having to get a new phone about every year. Nokias are made to take a beating. I actually slammed a Nokia IN A CAR DOOR, and it lived to tell the tale.

Right now, I have a super el-cheapo candybar style. It does what I need it to do, although I do miss having a cell phone camera. This photo is a newer model, but it's pretty much the same.

Hubby, on the other hand, has a Palm Centro. He thought about getting an iPhone, but went with this one instead. It is sweet. We got it for our business and I used the hell out of it for directions, email, etc. etc. when we were on our overseas honeymoon. Data package FTW!

I have the Blackberry Curve and I hate it! It's always saying SOS (SIM card error) and I have to reboot it probably 5 times a day. It's out of warrenty so I'm stuck with it. :irked:

I've got the MotoRazr V9m, its a good phone just had it replaced for the 3rd time. i cracked the screen and got it dunked in water.
