The shower was awesome. i got a lot of nice things. i got a microwave,pots and pans,dining room table set, the quest book the photo album etc....

Congrats on the shower! I don't know how long it will take you, but my shower was three weeks ago and the gifts are still sitting in the dining room. I'm not sure what we're going to do with them other than rent out a storage place and save them for the new house. :)

That's great! My shower is a long way away. It's not planned or anything, but I can't wait! I went to a friend's shower today and I was getting excited thinking that I will be the next one in the room to have a shower!

Mines in 2 weeks. I had originally nixed the shower idea because we have everything we need to start up house. My sister turned it into a "personal" shower. And since I couldnt come up with valid excuse not to have it, she started planning.

at first i didnt want a shower either, but i got a lot of nice things, and i also got things that i needed for the wedding like the money box,the guest book and the champange glasses for the MOH and the Best Man

what's a personal shower?
Mine is a "Pamper the Bride" shower. For things like bath soaps and lotions and pjs and such. Everything is geared toward me, not Brian or the house, just me.

I think that is really neat! We rarely have time to think of ourselves, so it's nice to be the center.;) Wow everyone's time is getting so close,I hope you don't forget to post pics.
