I think a lot of it will depend on the type of dress you will be wearing and how much support the dress has. IMHO, I would go with the strapless bra...it would give you more support and you wouldn't have to worry as much about something "falling out".

I talked to my seamstress about it and she told me most wedding dresses are now equipped with "built in bras" or support. The metal linning on the torso part of the dress is suppose to help support the babies.

I am not wearing a bra and I am a 36C but then again My dress is so tight that they aren't going anywhere.
