Me and my FH are planning on doing a slideshow to play at the wedding. We have completed it already and it seems to be boring looking with a plain white background. I was wondering if someone can give me some ideas as to what kind of background we could use. I would really appreciate it.

What software did you use to create the photo montage?
I suggest using something that has built in backgrounds or give you the option to add them, like power point or publisher.

I am using microsoft powerpoint. Don't really like the designs available. I was thinking something along the lines of romantic scenes like two hands holding. Something like that but haven't had much luck.

Have you looked at ClipArt in Microsoft and used the online galleries as well? I just did a quick search and they have some cute ones - I guess I don't know what your theme or colours are or anything but they have some cute ones

Basic black or a *very simple* colored texture looks nice. If you do too much with the background, it tends to distract attention away from the photos.

Thank you for all your suggestions. I will look into the website and clipart. By the way my colors are wine, black and white.

IMO I think that a plain black backgorund would look best. Sometimes a patterned background may be to much with all the pictures.

Or maybe a simple black, red and white pattern...... hmmmm....
