I knew it would be Lisa. I just had a feeling she was gone. I love Chris he is my all time favorite and he did do an awsome job this week. I think Mandisa can sing but she is far from one of my favorites.

I like Taylor just because he is different. I think Elliot did good this week with the way he twisted that song up. Kelly sucked this week.

Next week should be good. It's country week.

I really like Kelly!! She's so naive it makes her cute!! But yes I agree her song choice and voice was not very good the other night!!

I also knew it was going to be Lisa but I had really hoped it would be Bucky! For some reason I can not stand that guy AT ALL!!He reminds me of some back woods red neck! I mean there is nothing wrong with being a hick (I myself am one!!!) but he is too much of an extreme redneck! lol.

I am so routing for Chris and even if he doesn't make it all the way, I know that he will have a Album out very soon!! And I will so totally buy it!! Two copies infact, one for my truck and one for my DH!! lol

What made me mad was how Simon was with him. With all of them. He told Taylor the week before that this was not a dance contest it was a singign contest. Then this week he said you just stood there and look at what you wearing. I mean come on SImon pick one and stay with it. And what he said to Chris. At first he was always like I like how you change it up and make it your own. He was the exact oppisite tonight saying he never changes. I swear if I could have gone through that TV that night I would have slapped him.

Simon just seems like a wishy-washy twit most days!! But I still like him because of his off the wall comments most days! I loved it when Kevin Corvais told him he wasn't expecting much from simon that one night!! I laughed so hard!!

I can't wait to see what Chris does with the country theme! Or Mandisa...I really think she butchered Faith Hill's "Breathe" I was covering my ears, saying "please some one make that twit shut up!!" lol

I think Kelly, Katharine, and Chris did well. I think that Elliot, Ace, and Buck did horrible...and I am pretty undecided either way with Taylor and Parhis. I think that Elliot should go home...becuae I think he is pretty mediocre and has no personlaity...or Buck, who just isn't very good.

Katherine sounded horriable and I'm sorry but Elliot has about as much talent as my left foot!! Ace sucked as usual and Taylor did ok!

Chris could have chose a better song but I think he still do good. I still voted for him.

Ace can go. I though the was cute at first but now he just bugs me.

I dont like Paris either. She has years to get better and some one else should have the glory this year. Sorry I just dont like her. And Queens was not her cup of tea IMO.

Actually Bucky was pretty good with Fat bottom Girls! I was pleasently suprised! I honestly thought that either Ace or Elliot should have went home last week! Elliot is too boys choir for me! HE sounds like he should be singing Halleja all the **** time, the way his works with his voice bothers me, its like he's pulling the mic away and then putting it back then pulling it away....well you get the drift!

Who do you think will be the Idol?? I really hope its Chris but I'm not sure he is really what people are looking for in an Idol!! Canada has Canadian Idol, but apparently it stinks and they don't show the people who suck and make fools of themselves at the beginning of every year!! SO I don't think I'll be tuning into Canadian Idol! lol

I am hoping it is Chris. If I had to choose one right now I would say it was him. But I dont know. Ya never know week to week who is staying and who is going.

New Hampshire has a NH Idol each year. I saw the 10 finalist a couple of years ago. It was neat to watch. I want to try to make it to a couple of them this year if I can. The winner gets a few things like a trip to NY with a chance to record and a bunch of smaller stuff. It is realy neat. I think each state should have this and then send their finalist to try to be in the American Idol. Then maybe there wouldnt be as many crazy's on there to start with lol.

There was a kid I knew from when I lived in NC for a short time that I saw try out for American Idol this year. I almost died when I saw him and they said his name. I hadnt seen him since we movd back to Maine. He was about 8 I think when we left. And no he couldnt sing. It was awful. I called my sister and she couldnt beleive it. She missed it but her husband just happen to Tivo it for her that night.

I have watched American Idol with my 15 year old daughter since the show began this season. I am upset Chris went home. My daughter is crazy about him. she has him as a background on her computer. I like to tease her about it. but anyway............I am upset katherine is still there. she is not near as talented as Chris was on there. I nicknamed her "booby" since the beginning of the show. She seemed to mostly shake em while out on stage. and elliot doesn't even deserve to be on the stage. Please people give me a break here. he sucks bigtime. and taylor is not talented. He can sing fairly well, but be real, he is not the total package. He cannot dance worth ****, he is hard on the eyes to watch and i would not spend hard earned money on any of the ones that is left to go see one of their concerts. I would however have done so for Chris. I know however that Chris is talented enough that someone will come along and pick him up if they haven't already done so. My daughter read on some site that Fuel had offered him the lead singer position with them. I hope this is true and he accepted it. I probably won't be watching the rest of the show from now on. I feel since it's conception that it is based on pure personality and popularity contest anyway. not a sore loser, but quite honestly expected it to happen.

I lke Chris and Katherine is just OK. I dont care for Elliot though. It was funny, I went outside to get my camera from Nichoals' truck when the went to comercial. As I came back in , in no hurry mind you , figured I had enough time, all I heard and Chris your going home. I screamed WHAT and Nicholas was upstairs watchign it and yelled back yup you heard right.

He can however make his own music as Shawna has said. I think he was there to get noticed and he most defintely did. He will have a record deal in no time at all.

I had a girls night out shopping on the night they sand and Nicholas taped it for me. The girl I was with called me when he got voted off. She couldnt believe it. She said she isnt watching the rest of it.

Ya know with 4 1/2 million paople voting and only 4 people to vote for the lines are going to be busy for a while.

I told the gilr I went with that night that we needed to write Chris a letter telling him we are sorry we were not home to vote for him lol.

From what I have heard he has had a few record deals thrown his way, plus the band Fuel, wants him to be their lead singer.

I think he needed American Idol ONLY to get noticed and get out there, but like someone said here, he didn't need to win American Idol to make him famous.

I really liked his single. It would be an awsome song for a child and a parent at a wedding. I think he will do good. But he has to work at it. I like his style. It's different. That is what I like about him , he's different.

The one he sang at the end? I kind of fast forwarded it here and there but I did listen to a little of his song at the end, it was nice but I still don't think he's American Idol material! Oh well, whats done is done! I've been reading from different people on the net that they called and were trying to vote for Chris (when he was ousted!) and they kept getting Katherine's recording...it'd be interesting to know if thats true. They say they may have done that because they wanted a male and female in the final two to make it more interesting! If thats the case they should just change their way of voting!

Ellen was rooting for him too!I still wonder if it really was rigged. Oh well! Like many of you said, he's prob. way better off anyways!Also, I really can not belive that Taylor Hicks won either. He was definitely not the best singer! I was rooting for Kat, she had some kind of refreshing presence to her.
