What does free transfer mean?

For our honeymoon I booked it through book-it.com usually it is a fair priced site and what I like best is they charge the whole amount immediately so I dont have to worry about paying for it all at once. Like if we order room service and stuff, just makes it easier on me when things are paid for in advance.

Anyways on the bottom it says FREE Arrival Transfers for Two! From Honolulu Airport to Starwood Hawaii Hotels!

Is that a shuttle of some sort?

It appears to be. Some companies charge extra for connecting cars, coaches, planes etc. Although it is probably built into the price already.

Transfer, in this case, is Transportation from the airport to the resort...Shuttle, Car, Limo, Bus, etc.

It will probably just be whatever the heck is available at the time. When we went to Mexico we were supposed to have a shuttle van type thing, but it had been filled and left when we arrived at the airport. We got a taxi instead. Regardless, we were happy for the free transfer! :D
