Our wedding is coming up fast and we have pretty much everything done. The centerpieces are picked out but I am not really sure about them. The tables will have an ivory table cloth with a green organza table runner. Then it will be this floral center piece. But instead of the purple it will be dark and medium colored flowers. The ivory and green colors will stay in there. And there will be four tea lights around the floral arrangment. I am just not sure this is what I want. The reception is at a golf course inside. My bouqet is going to be all deep pink roses and the brides maids will have deep and medium pink roses. Any suggestions? Our florist is going to make up a sample next week and I guess I can make my mind up after I see that.

I get this question a lot from my brides. For some reason there seems to be a lot of uncertainty around centerpieces! First and foremost you need to be happy with them. Don't let the florist dictate what flowers and colors to use. Many try to to do this to maximize THEIR profit. I'm sure that you are spending a ton of money make sure that you get the most from your budget!
With respect to the color of the flowers, there is a HUGE trend nowadays to go with the Light and Dark Pink mixed with the Ivory. Something along these lines may be available to you because you did say that there was going to be some pink in your bouqet. The dueling pinks pop and the ivory soothes the look. I've seen it done to perfection on occasion. Check out the photo I've attached just to get an idea of the look.
Good luck no matter what you pick I'm sure that it will be beautiful.
