well i'm here at my sister's and bro in law's place for the weekend because they needed an emergency babysitter for isabel. well my sister woke up complaining she's feeling dizzy and hot.... like 7 min later all of a sudden she's cold. she can't stand steady... then she complained that she's hurting everywhere. i thought "could you have the flu??? oh heck no!" so i'm keeping isabel away from her but we're going on base in a few to get her checked out because she is scheduled to work today and in this heat right now, it may not be such a good idea. could she be coming down with the flu? it was my only thought. :bbeek:

You can get Flu in the summer. Infact a summer cold is sometimes harder to shake off. Hope she feels better soon.

have them check her for an ear infection too! I didn't get the flu this past winter (flu shots!) But last week I got up to get ready for work & thought I was gonna fall on the floor I had no balance, turns out double ear infection!

yes and I've had that I was out sick for 2 weeks and a few days but I went to work during those days because my boss thought I was faking it.

well here i am at home from work.... i'm sick now. i think my sister could've given it to me. i have a killer sore throat and when i woke up this morning, my ear was hurting bad. when i sneeze, cough or stand up, i get this pain in my head. :bbcry:

sorry your not feeling so well! When I was sick I usually take a few extra days off so I could play hookie LOL
