I used to use mine all the time before we got a real grill; now I only use it when DH doesn't feel like cleaning the real grill :p
I don't really have any recipes specifically for that; you can use it for pretty much anything you'd cook on a regular grill. Chicken breasts, burgers, steak, etc ...
Oh, I make panini's (grilled sandwiches) on the GF and not the regular grill! My fav is a cheesy pesto chicken one ... I use left over chicken breast and sort of shred it. Then I make a pesto sauce (mayo, basil, garlic/herb seasoning and a little olive oil) and spread that on one side of some thick sliced bread. Then put the chicken on top, then some shredded Italian cheese blend and grill for about 5 mins and enjoy :D

I use mine ALLLLLL the time; really, I don't even have special recipes for it. I cook on it just like I do the regular outdoor grill (except since we have a GIGANTOR charcoal grill, the GF is more practical when I'm cooking just for the two of us).

I know what you mean. Ours is big enough to roast a pig on. Pretty much just cook on GF when it's just us. But you can do ANYTHING on there. I cut up frozen bulk sausage and throw that on the for 7-10 minutes and I have sausage patties!

This is sooooo unhealthy, but so yummy....
You need:
1 chicken breast per person (boneless, skinless)
2 strips of bacon per person
salt, pepper, montreal chicken spice (or whatever spices you want)
1 tbsp barbeque sauce
Heat your grill to medium. Season your chicken breast, and wrap with bacon strips. Put on grill and close top. Cook until chicken is ALMOST cooked. Put barbeque sauce on top of chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
Mmmmmm.... Yum!
