I found these old 80's commercials that I remember. They remind me of when I used to watch my saturday morning cartoons in my jammies as a kid. Now Im feeling all nostalgic.............

The Baby Sitter's Club was the best! I also read Sweet Valley High and all the series that were branched off from those.

Does anyone else love Oregon Trail as much as I do? I'm going to get one of the shirts on 80stees. I heard there's a version online now, but I don't remember where it is, but I will find it soon so I can play it obsessively!

Ok wanna hear something silly? Well, I grew up in Oregon so I thought that Oregon Trail was a game only we played. WELL, when I moved to Pennsylvania for grad school and found out that EVERYone played it ... !!! I thought it was just teaching us about our history, it never occurred to me that it was a real-life normal game!

On a side note, I was noticing the sudden hoards of incoming freshmen on campus this week and thought "OMG, these incoming students were born in 1990!!" My decade is done coming to college. There are officially college students now who never knew the 80s ... I feel so old :sob:

They've got a version of Oregon Trail on Facebook. I'm not sure if it's anything like the real thing, but it may be worth looking into.

Maybe that's where I heard it was. I don't know if I can get on there at work since I can't do Myspace, but I'll try. That'd be so awesome!
