Honeymoon Ideas!

My FH and I are disagreeing on where to go for our honeymoon. We are getting married in January and want to visit someplace warm! All-inclusive is the way I want to go, but he is not sold on the idea. Where did you go on your honeymoon? :bbconfused:

I haven't gone on a honeymoon as we can't decide where to go either! We can't fly because I am pregnant so we have to find somewhere to go locally!! But if I could choose somewhere to go I would probably pick somewhere in the Dominican!! I hear it is beautiful and hot too!! My parents just left 2 days ago to somewhere in California! I am so jealous!! I wish I could have gone too!!! We might end up going to Jasper or something though!!

I would recommend talking to a travel agent. They would know where is warm when. We're going to Jamaica at the recommendation of our agent. And I'm SO HAPPY with our decision SO FAR!

You CAN fly, just not during your third trimester. Go somewhere, girl and have a blast!! Btw, congrats!!!

You are allowed to fly as long as it's not your last month of pregnancy. They are just worried about you GIVING birth on the plane. I flew out during my 8th month of pregnancy to New York.

May I suggest St. Lucia as your honeymoon destination. It is in the caribbean. Sandals Halcyon Resort is absolutely fabulous and is one of many beautiful resorts in the caribbean.

I recommend Costa Rica! It's beautiful and not too expensive! I am sure they have all-inclusives, too.

We went to the Barcelo all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico! It was awesome, absolutely zero complaints. We can't wait to go again!

We went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for our honeymoon and had a simply amazing time. We didn't stay in in all inclusive. They really aren't for everybody. We wanted to get off of the resort a lot, explore, and eat different food, etc. If you want a 100% relaxing resort honeymoon then an all inclusive could be just the right thing for you. :grinhappy:

We're returning to Kauai, Hawaii for our honeymoon. We went in 2004 for 10 days and I can't think of a more tropical, relaxing, romantic and beautiful place to celebrate our new marriage.
