As I mentioned, I'm going to wear a purple version of this dress:

My eyebrows are pierced in four places, and barbels are expensive (and hard to shop for) so what I have is big and fancy and dangly. I already own a large tiara and some bracelets that will match perfectly.
I'd need only to buy a necklace and maybe another bracelet to finish buying my accessories. But will all that ruin the dress?

Well, the more jewelry you wear the less each piece can make a statement. You're already wearing purple which will stand out, a tiara will be a big thing, you already have piercings. I would stop there and skip the bracelets and necklace since you haven't bought them yet. Of course you can do whatever you want, but I do think all the accessories will be distracting.

I think it would take away from the originality of the dress. I may suggest taking your eyebrow piercings out, if you would like to wear the other jewelry. At least for the ceremony, or the majority of pictures.

I agree that less is usually better ... I would wear small barbells in your eyebrows and then maybe a simple necklace, one bracelet and earrings. I assume you are going for sort of a royal look with the "large tiara", but you still don't want to over do it; too much tends to look gaudy and will take away from your over all look.

None of the jewelry I own will work unless I go for a 'heavy' look (except the tiara). I'll have to buy a bunch of new stuff.

You could get away without wearing much at all too :)

It's up to you, look HEAVY with jewelry, or spend less then 1% on jewelry on what you will or should spend on your entire wedding.
Good luck.
