I am watching everyone's ticker as they count down to the big day! I am reading the venting and frustrations everyone's having and I thought I should share a calming word to those who are about to venture in to your new life. Don't sweat the small stuff on that day, know that in the end what ever you've done is beautiful and be okay with it. Let's remember our grooms, as they are just as nervous as we are. They too have there own wedding ticker and believe it's counting down too! Be patient with your FH and know that although this day is important, it is just one of the many important days you'll share together.You ladies stay calm and focused, and when my time comes, send this back to me!

I was talking to the only guy at work today about weddings, he was married last April. He said that having kids in the wedding is the fun part of it all. Some people stress that they wont do thigns right and somethign will be mesed up. He said when you have little kids your waiting to see what will happen. Rather the flower girl will drop all the petals in one lump or not throw any at all. Things like that. Alot of people want every one to be perfect but the fact of the matter is kids make it fun. If your gonna have kids in your wedding you have to know that things may not go as you wanted them too but that is ok.

I love that others see this the way I do. Kids will be kids and we can't expect them to be perfect for a wedding.

Kids make life interesting!

People keep looking at me like I'm crazy for having a flowergirl who's only a year and a half old. But I can't wait to see what kind of moments we'll have to remember from our wedding because of her and all the other kids we have! I remember in my brother's second wedding my nephew (his son) was the ringbearer. Well, he was wearing a tux and he looked good in it and he knew it! Everyone still jokes about the GQ pose he took the entire wedding standing up next to the bride and groom! It was the funniest thing! Well, everyone except the bride...but she's too serious sometimes! :)

I have seen some flower girls do some really cute things. There was one wedding where the flower girl got scared and lifted her dress up over her head. It was adorable. At my cousins wedding the flower girl dumped all of her petals in one stack. Then during the singing of the Lord's Prayer she moved her hands and sang along. It was so cute! The little mess ups of the children make everything unique and makes memories. :bblol:
