What have you trained your dog to do?

My dogs do all the basic stuff; Sit, Shake, Lay (down to some), Stay, etc ... a couple of things one is better at than the other and there has to be food involved too ;)

Summit can sit, stay, lay down, roll over, sit pretty, sit pretty with cheese on her nose and when we release her she will catch it in her mouth. I have done agility with her, so she can run through the obstacles. If you ask her "What do you say?" she will speak. (she will really do anything for a french fry!) :)

You should try to video the one with the cheese on her nose!

I don't think mine would have the patience for that one ;)

One of my beagles used to do that but with a cookie on her nose. She was so patient!

The other beagle was as dumb as a post. His claim to fame was that he could toss his own frozen poop in the air and play catch with himself :rofl:

OH yes, they were both pretty good at bouncing up and down at the back door to see in the window. :) :) :)

Couldn't get at all their balls n' such under 4 feet of snow :rofl: Frozen poo was just as good as anything I suppose :)

Now, if he did it all the time ... that might have been a trick but I told you, he was dumb like a post.

She is such a clown. Doug will go to the fridge get her a treat...tell her to go to the living room..before he give her the commands, she is already doing them, sitting, rolling over,sitting pretty. I think that she has mastered "what comes next"....it is so funny.

Thank you....she is such a joy. We are so excited, in about a month we get to pick out our new golden retriever puppy! Her name will be Dasie. :)
