Beach BM Dresses?

I need help. I am getting married on the beach on the Florida Gulf in the beginning of October of this year. I am having a difficult time choosing colors for the bridesmaids dresses. I like bright colors that will pop against the ocean. Many of the beach pictures I see are blue but I feel that these may blend in with the aqua/green water. Am I just thinking this and it would really look great? What are some good color choices for this situation? Is anyone else doing a beach wedding? What colors did you choose?

I think shades of vibrant pink and coral would look lovely in that setting, and will contrast with the sea. This would tie in well if you want to go with tropical flowers, etc....

I've also seen (for a wedding earlier in the day/midday) daisy yellow with white for a beach wedding -- it had a very cheery and festive look to it.

I couldn't agree more! The first thing I thought about when i thought of color popping was the color azalea from David's Bridal. One of my favs actually. I'm not having a beach wedding, but that's what i would choose. :D

Yes..pretty pinks or corals...or aqua blues look great too!! Something flowy would be great!

Really...you can pick anything you wish...you could do black if you wanted to!

I also immediately thought of fuchsia and orange, or DB's watermelon!
