Need some advise about colors

The place where I'm getting married has green carpeting on the floor, so keep that in mind. We definately want one of our colors to be blue. I'm trying to figure out what the other color should be. Any ideas?

What colour of green? Cause I see your wedding is in May & if you go with blue, you could use a lot of the pastels like yellow, pink, lilac, etc.

It's a forest green.

I like the contrast of the blue and green, its creative. You should probably go with either a light green and a dark blue or a dark green and a light blue, to give it more visibility and contrast.

I think that yellow would really pop but I guess it depends on what style of blue you are going with as well.

Plus you could always pick whatever colours you want and decorate the place nicely with those and then the green carpet wouldn't be such an issue....I think I remember reading something else about this on here regarding wall colours and people were saying that you didn't necessarily have to incorporate that into your colour scheme and that your other decorations would deter from it...just a thought.
