I'm working on my DIY corsages, and I was wondering:
for a wedding, which is better for the female family members- a wrist corsage or a pin corsage?
TIA

i like the idea of wrist corsages because then they're different from men's bouts.

The pin on ones are most common and easier to make DIY, at least IMO. I would just use long sturdy pins, or use two.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll go with the pin ones. I'm using silk blue hydraneas, and they tend to pop off a lot, so I think the pin ones will prevent that better than the wrist ones.

I would definatley go wrist for the females and pin ons for males.

It depends on the wearer. Some ladies prefer one over the other. Also it depends on what she's wearing. For a strapless, spaghetti strap, or light, gauzy material, a wrist corsage is better.
Personally, I find that wrist corsages get in my way so I'd always rather have a pin corsage.

I've actually been working on them this afternoon. I have so many flowers left (after my bouquet, my BMs and MOHs bouquets, and the bouts) that I may just make some pin and some wrist for preference. I can see if a family member is wearing spaghetti strap or strapless why they would prefer wrist. Thanks ladies!

Very good idea! And very thoughtful as well.

Instead of a corsage, how about a nosegay bouquet? Just a mini-one. That's what the moms had for our wedding. My mom loved it!
