I found my PERFECT dress-Dilemma!

Ok so i tried dresses on in davids bridal, and well even though many were really pretty. I just didnt feel happy or OMG thats my dress! Type feeling ya know? Well in my magazine i found my perfect dress!!! Only thing is, I would have to order it online because no stores carry it around me. This stinks. I want to get my bridesmaids dresses at Davids Bridal but not My dress, can I do that? This is the dress I want SOOO bad!! But Instead of clover green, I want Teal!

There's nothing saying you have to order your gown and your bridesmaid dresses from the same place, BUT... if you're wanting their dresses to match the color accents on YOUR dress, it might be a good idea.

Yea i saw those.. but the one with red doesnt come in teal :( I want so badly a teal accent. (mainly because I believe in the old fashioned way of only wearing PURELY white if you , yourself were pure) Which im not :lol: Having a daughter and all. Plus the teal is super pretty..

Well it's 100% up to you -- if you WANT to wear pure white, then wear it, and do so with your head held high. Don't worry about traditions like that. It's your day.

However, the teal would be very pretty.... are there any bridesmaid dresses at AA that you like that you could order, so that you know the color matches perfectly?

Yea there are some really pretty ones but a bit more pricey than DB. Im not too worried if they dont match PERFECTLY.. but it'd be nice. Decisions decisions! Man i think ill splurge and get the stinkin' dress lol I love it wayyy too much

Check some of the different online AA dealers; there are some great prices out there (even if you're just able to save your bridesmaids a bit of $$$).

Do you have another color in your theme other than teal? For instance, my colors are teal and brown.... if I was in your situation, I could order the dress from AA with the teal, and order brown bridesmaids dresses from David's Bridal and maybe have the bridesmaids hold teal flowers or flowers with a teal ribbon to tie in the teal color of your dress.

Its just Black white and teal. I was going to use black ribbon around their waist as an accent. I really dont want them in black dresses because the wedding is next june. Eek that would be soo hot.

ON a GREAT note though I found my dress (originally over 800) for 590 FREE shipping and a FREE gift (jewelry, shoes or purse valued up to 50 dollars My choice of any on the site) . But the shipping said up to 14 weeks delivery. to save all that money im so up for it.. AND the bridesmaids dresses my AA is ALSO on the site same color for about 60 dollars cheaper too! Im very excited

Mine is a size 4. I'm 5'3" and about 112.
