I have a Canon XTi. It's prolly the best non-pro camera out there (in my opinion, of course!) I want a pro camera, but the ones I want are closer to $3,000 and I thought I'd better learn to shoot before I spend the money on that. Heh.

I took a beginner's photography class a couple of months ago. That got me to where I could take pictures without using the 'automatic' function. Other than that, it's just been me playing around and figuring out what works and what doesn't. (And believe me, I have about 500 pictures from the honeymoon that shows perfectly what DOESN'T work! LOL)

Someone emailed me tonight and asked if I would do her maternity pictures, though, which rocks my socks! My first hire! (I'm charging her $0...in case I get **** from that shoot. LOL)
