Thanks everyone.
The day was wonderful, but very chaotic. I am soooo happy I took last week off. I would have been going crazy on Saturday, or at least more crazy.
Just for the highlights
1. Last Wednesday the stylists at the salon I have been going to quit leaving me with nowhere to get my hair colored or my and my bridal parties hair done. Luckily my local bridesmaid/maid of honor is friends with some of them, so they came out Friday night to color my hair and came out on Saturday to style all of our hair.
2. I arrived at the ceremony site on Friday, after decorating the reception site all day to find out that they had a pipe burst so part of the house had no water.
3. I managed to lose half of my place cards. We spent Friday night from 11 till 2 in the morning putting together favors, casino tickets, drink tickets, and remaking placecards.
4. Our reception lasted about 5 minutes. It was awesome
5. The casino was a major hit. Everybody loved it.
6. Our photographer/dj/videographer was a jerk and pissed off some of our guests. He yelled at Robert's step dad and my brother for taking pictures while he was and he wouldn't play music requests.
7. We took picture at Dennis the Menace Park.
8. The food was awesome, even though I wasn't hungry.
9. The cake was from a grocery store and was absolutely amazing. I don't know if I'm going to be able to let the top last a year.
10. Robert has the most amazing family. His dad helped me set up the reception site the day before. His mom, dad, and brothers helped set up all the chairs for the ceremony site and they cleaned up the reception site at the end of the night. Most of my family left around 9.
Thats it for right now. I'm sure I'll have more along with pictures. If you looked in my tagged photos on myspace there are a couple in there that Robert's stepdad took. We will be getting our professionals around the 23rd. I can't wait and am dieing to see them.
