View Full Version : Is A 2 Tiered Veil The Same as a Veil with a Blusher?

Hi Guys,

I feel totally inept at this, but is a two tiered veil the same as one with a blusher?

I already bought my veil but it's one tier and I kind of like the idea of wearing a blusher down the aisle, and these are pretty reasonable:

If you already have a one-tier veil, you could just buy a separate blusher piece. That way you can remove it after the ceremony.

If I do that, will it look 'choppy' or weird if they are two seperate pieces? Will it look too bulky, and will there be 2 combs in my hair, one for the veil and one for the blusher? How will I know if it 100% matches my veil if I order it online (which I'd probably do.):bbeek:

I think it depends on the way the veil is made. Some may be 2 tiered for a fuller look, but may not have the blusher piece that goes over your face.

A 2 tier viel like this looks like the 2nd part could be a blusher -

it looks like the top layer could be worn as a blusher if you positioned the veil higher on your head than the model.

Round-cut veils like that are very good for blushers! The look they achieve is very smooth.

Usualy 2-tier does mean veil with a blusher.
