Champagne Colored Flower Suggestions Needed.............

I know, long title, sorry.

I need suggestions though. I have changed my colors as my dress is different than I was planning on getting. The dress is a champange color, and I would like to find flowers that will match. I am going to use silk (cheaper, and easier to clean up), but not sure what kind to use. I was given the idea of tiger lillies, but my 'biological father' used to call me that when I was little. At first, I refused to use the flower, even though it's really pretty because of him. Now I am thinking that there is no reason I should let 'him' control the flower that I want in my wedding. Does that make sense??

Any ideas on other flowers???

Calla lillies come in a lot of different colors. I'm not sure if they do come in a champagne type color or not. Anyway I think calla lillies are gorgeous!

I think Tiger Lillies are nice and who cares if your father used to call you that, no one is likely to put the two together.

But roses and carnations come in a wide variety of colors ... do an image search online to get some ideas and talk to a florist.

Check out Cream Prophyta or Dakkar roses-- they are really pretty. IMO, Tiger lilies are more orange than the ones I just suggested. Even an Aalsmeer Gold rose would be pretty. Cymbidium orchids are really pretty, and you can even mix these with a black magic yellow calla lily.

Calla lillies sound great and they come in just about any, but I saw this in a friends wedding...The bridesmaids had champagne colored dresses, the bride Ivory. She made all the bouquets out of silk flowers using Red, yellow, ivory, pink, and peach. I know that sounds like a lot but the colors were evenly perportioned and it had a very romantic look. I absolutley loved them!! Haven't seen such a beutiful arrangement yet!!

I know the perfect flower for you.
At one time, I was going to go with champagne bridesmaid dresses and I found some roses called "Sahara Roses."
They are really really pretty and They'd be perfect for a champagne wedding. I have a pic of them.

I love the sahara roses. those are gorgeous flowers. i feel this would be a very good choice to go with as well.

He's the biggest hunter/fisher ever! He wants to wear the Mossy Oak Camouflage vest and tie so bad, haha! But it just won't go with all the turquoise and silver.

I agree. I think pink and brown are gorgeous together. We saw some invitations that were that color and they were striking!
