Need HELP to deal with mother(s)

I really really need help. I am not sure how to deal with this. My mom does not get along with my soon to be mother in law. Both my mother and his mother are helping us with our wedding planning. I am not sure how to deal with them since they just can not get along. This is driving me crazy. Can someone please help me

I would divide up different tasks with them.. Don't take them both to everything.. =/ I'm sorry, i wish i was more help! Do they openly dislike each other?

Arg, how annoying! I agree with Neko - try to get them to agree on which tasks they would each like to do, or else make suggestions based on what they are good at/with. If you have a good relationship with your own mother perhaps try saying to her "Look, this is MY wedding and it is really important to me, so can you PLEASE try to at least get along with his mother?" - that is what I would do. Of course, I ahven't introduced my mother and my FMIL... something I am definitely avoiding.

Either way, try carefully reminding them both that they are both adults and that this wedding is about their children, whom they love very much. Surely if they want you both to be happy then they will be able to put aside differences or just avoid each other at the very least.
