Ok. I haven't seen Josh in over 2 weeks. He moved to Texas and I'm still here in LA until the wedding. I don't have a car, which sucks, cause I can't go see him like I want to. It's only like a 3 1/2 hour drive from here to there. This weekend is his birthday, and I really really want to go see him, but I just can't. I don't have any way to get there. LIFE SUCKS! If I don't go see him this weekend, I won't see him again until the night of the rehearsal, which is the night before the wedding. I'm so lonely without him, that I really can't eat or sleep. I miss my man!!

augghhh, this sucks!:jpticked:

Do you have a friend that could drive you there, or lend you their car? Or maybe there's a bus service that you could take?

I was supposed to be going with a friend, but she had a family obligation that she can't get out of. unfortunately, most of my family is a one car family, so that's out the picture. I don't know about buses, cause he'd fuss if I tried to do that. Even to surprise him, and I don't like to go against the things he believes in, so even if it was a last resort, i couldn't do that to him.

aww; I can definatly understand missing your man when you are use to being so close all the time. But if you can't get to him then try to use this time for yourself. You can always call and/or web chat ... the wedding is not far away then you will be with him forever :grinhappy:

I think the biggest issue is that up until feb of this year, we had been seperate for our entire relationship. He was a marine and stationed in New Orleans, so I only saw him on the weekends. But when he got on in Feb, he came home and then I had him every day. It just sucks that when i finally got used to him being home all the time, he left again, and this time farther away than before without the option of his coming home on the weekends cause he works his long days saturdays and sundays!

Just think about how sweet and special the wedding will be with not having seen him in a while. Like Brandi said, use this time for yourself, get some stuff done.

Maybe each night you can write him a letter and give the lot of them to him the night before the wedding... something sweet to let him know you were thinking about him.

I am the same way... I email Kevin many times throughout the day, and call him as soon as I get home. :)

i'm thinking of asking one of my BM's to loan me the money to rent until I get paid. She's pretty good about stuff like that. Last time I rented a car to go see him, she put it on her CC (cause you need one now) and listed me as a driver. I'm going to see if she'll do that again.

You can't get one of your parents to rent and make you a driver?? I mean, if you just gave them the money.. =3

Ok, so My FMIL let me borrow her car on Saturday to go see Josh in Houston!! It was PERFECT! I managed to surprise him. I usually ruin my surprises, but I kept it a secret that I was going. I got there and he was still at work. I cooked him dinner and we had a great time! I didnt want to leave on Sunday!
