Hey ladies! I finished about 30 of my 100 needed so far. They're simple "Options - 50 black place cards" with silver boarder. Purchased at Michaels for around $3 dollars. Attached are the tops of the Opalescence double heart cupcake picks from www.orientaltrading.com (http://www.orientaltrading.com/application?namespace=search&origin=searchMain.jsp&event=button.search&Ntt=Opal+Pick&x=0&y=0&Ntk=all&Ntx=mode%2Bmatchallpartial&N=0)
$3.75 for 72 of them. (I got 4 so I could use some of the extras for my cupcake display!)

I printed up the names on Word and used the template Avery 8660 for mailing address labels to attach them.
