What is your most unusual couples activity?

I was just thinking about this recently, because FH and I have this habit of pulling over whenever we see tea houses to sample and purchase exotic, unusual tea blends together. We also look up tea houses online to browse! Someone said that this is very strange, but we just love our tea!

So, what's the most unusual thing you do with your FH/DH?

We each have our own rock crawlers.... whenever possible, we hit up the trails together in our own rigs :)

Jon and I have this thing where we lay down and put our ear on each others stomach and listen to the noices..Then we ad lib what the noices might be saying..Sooo weird i know...LOL

Hmmm I don't think we have any unusual past times. Some people find it odd that we can work together without killing each other. :bbeek: Other people seem surprised when I finish his sentences, he finishes mine or we both say the same thing at the same time. When this happens, we turn to each other and say "STOP creeping me out!" :rofl:

I don't think it's unusual but DH and I both love browsing antique markets and craft shops for hours on end.

We've also been known to get super excited over finding just the right craft supply or new platter supplier. We are biz nerds!

We like to go into public places and act like we don't know each other...like we're just meeting for the first time. We'll ask typical questions: "You come here often?" "You got a girlfriend?" type of stuff...then we'll flirt like crazy and I'll touch his butt or something. :grinhappy:

Like yesterday, we were at the gym on the treadmills and he was saying how he heard this hot chick went to that gym and he only joined so he could meet her. I told him she was a lucky girl. And then he invited me over to his house. :winktongue:

Not that anyone else sees this, but we love doing it. I love flirting with my man!

SIL (still in shock, doesn't say anything)

Brother - Listen lady, I don't care if you are pregnant. That is NOT my child!
I have never even met you before!

By this time, he normally has everyone's attention and SIL will either swat him upside the head or just walk away laughing.

We love to joke around and fight each other (wrestle).. even though he always kicks my butt. So last Christmas I bought us a set of Nerf Guns with Lasers on them.

Every now and then one of us will whip one of them out and then when the other one notices, we'll make a mad rush for all of the darts, all of the lights will go off, and we spend the next half an hour in stealth mode, shooting at each other and hiding throughout the house. (Using our lasers in the dark, of course)

It's quite fun. :D

Hmm...well first, it always seems to me that I am at the top of the second page. I have bad timing...

Anywho- we wrestle with each other. Honestly, if we are fighting and I'm pissed at him, I will wrestle him and I feel better.

We also started this thing where we blow up each other's noses and it makes a really weird noise out of your mouth. Like if you make your lips vibrate, kinda like that, but you can't control it because somebody else is blowing, not you. It tickles and makes me laugh. :D

We really don't do anything unusual, we just like doing things together like bike riding, fishing, etc..

I'm not sure if we do anything too unusual together. We do like to do yoga together! It's peaceful and bonding.

Whenever we get taco bell and we have those little sauce packets left over we have a hot sauce war lol. We take cover and chunk them at each other...except lately he twists them so they explode when they hit the wall.
Also we rent a hotel room every fri-sun because we dont want to live together until we're married. I guess thats kind of cheating lol. Thats also why we dont care about getting hot sauce on the walls haha.

omg Josh and I did that for the first 5 months of our relationship! He was living in New Orleans, which is about 3 hours away from where I live, and he'd only come down on the weekends, so we would rent a hotel so we could be "alone" together!

Things we do together that are out of the ordinary...well to me they aren't out of the ordinary but to others they may be...
-We take four wheeler rides to get away...we go out to the river, or check crops, or to the woods.
-We do most things on the farm together. Last year I even rode along in the combine while Jason cut beans and corn. We haul cattle and equipment together.
-Jason goes eith me to grocery shop each week.
-Every day we take a shower together
-Even though he's a farmer, he helps me clean the house, do dishes, and do the laundry.
-We've been putting a truck together from random pieces...I've helped with every aspect of putting it together and learned a lot about it.
-Every Sunday morning we go up the hill to his parent's house for family breakfast. After breakfast we all (well the guys and I) head out to do whatever work needs to be done.
-We practically do everything together...many people would get sick of each other spending that much time together...but we love our time together.
-Our dogs, cats, horses, and calf know Jason as Dad and me as Mom so we call each other that to our pets...they are our kids right now.

I can only think of two things. First our long-standing joke is to tell each other that they have a lumpy side of the bed. I have no clue how this got started, but it has been going on since not too long after we got married. He probably was laying on his side of the bed which would made me sit on his side and I probably was being goofy and said it was lumpy... I have no clue, but in either case even if we aren't laying in bed and he says I wish I could go to such and such, and I reply back with well you know if your side of the bed wasn't so lumpy...
If we say it in public or around friends or family they usually look at us kinda weird.

The other thing is who ever gets ready for bed first will put the toothpaste on the other persons toothbrush and lay it on the sick. Matt started this one time when we had had an arguement and it just kinda stuck.

this is us, we've been together for four years, and I still live at home but I go to his house at least three times a week and all weekend. Or usually spend the weekend once or twice a month. My sister is like why do you have to go over there so much!? I say well I dont have to but I like spending time with him, I enjoy his company! :soppy:
We kinda do that 3rd person talk to, if we've gone somewhere in one vehicle and come back and my truck is in his yard I'll say "OMG, that girl is at your house again...dont you ever get tired of her?" and he'll ussually answer with something really sweet but sometimes for a laugh he'll say "yea, my Gosh I wish she would go home!" lol:laugh:
we dont do anything too strange together....I like to pinch his earlobe, especially if we're somewhere PDA wouldnt be acceptable, like my little way of saying if we were alone oh the things I would do to you,lmao!
And he likes for me to lay my head in his lap when were watching tv and he rubs my hair(?) like he'll rub my head but drag his fingers through my hair? Its jsut cute b/c he kinda does it subconsciously and when he quits my hair is so fluffy and my head feels so good! lol

A couple of people mentioned grocery shopping together. We try to set aside time to do that every week. We love to wander around Whole Foods. I'll ask him about how to cook with something and he'll ask me about the nutrition of things. Perfect match! :grinhappy:

Matt and I, when we wrestle (ALL THE TIME), it's usually to see who can give the most wet willies or lick each other's noses. Yuck, I know, but I whoop his butt!!! Hehehehe..

He'll be acting all sweet then he'll accidentally brush my ribs or inner arm, and it tickles, and then it turns into an all out wrestling match.

We do do wet willies, but we do try to "ear f**kle" (I have no idea why we call it that) each other (basically a dry wet willie). We'll wrestle around like this for God knows HOW long, till we're both just exhausted from laughing so hard.

Micah and I do the same thing. I thought we were crazy.

My favorite is when we're both on the way home and we're talking on the phone and he tells me he has to go cause there is some hot chick standing in his driveway. We also flirt with each other and then say, "You better go now, my fiance might come along and catch us."

Other than that, we love playing video games together, even though we are both horrible at them. We like to play rock band and DOA 4. It's not romantic, but it's fun cause I think it shows that we're friends, also.
