View Full Version : Coffee or snacks?
So I'm SO TIRED today.... long weekend with hardly any sleep. I'm at work - working on the computer and I can't keep my eyes open. I don't like to drink caffeine cuz I know it's not good for me, and it can slow down weight loss. SO, to keep my eyes open, I've made a cup of coffee.
What would you think is the least unhealthy method of staying awake? Caffeine or Snacks?? :irked:

I say caffeine... because when I eat snacks, I still get sleepy.

Depending on what situation you're in, snacks can make you more tired. Like if you're out in the sun, or sitting down constantly..
I'd go for the caffiene. Good luck! Works almost over :D

Keep with the caffeine. Have a diet Dew, then it's sugary and still not as bad as a snack!

LOL - yeah I got 43 mins left
I'd say coffee! Atleast it's hot and takes a while to drink rather than scarfing down some snacks. I always try to go organic with coffee (when I have the choice) because it's one of the most heavily sprayed crops. I just recently found that out. I had no idea!
