Dress Mess- Nightmare Scottsdale Bridal Shop (Bridal Couture)

Bridal Couture in Scottsadale Arizona.

This shop is very unresponsive and does not follow up whatsoever. I ordered a custom wedding dress from Yolanda Couture and have had to call and call numerous times to get an answer on when to expect the dress. Bridal Couture has not represented me, nor have they accepted any responsibility in delivering the dress in a timely manner as promised. It is now 3 weeks before my wedding and I do not not have a delivery date for my dress.


I recieved my swatch only two weeks ago, after the majority of my wedding planning was complete.


I am now being told that the dress may be shipped "sometime next week", leaving all of one week for alterations.


I have had to reschedule my hair appointement due to the fact that my veil has yet to come.


All of the frustrations of planning a wedding have only been compounded thanks to the folks over at Bridal Couture in Scottsdale. (on Hayden).


Save yourself the stress, locate another Bridal Shop in the area....


Has anyone else ever had these types of problems with Bridal Couture? :censored:

Sorry you had to go through all this. Hopefully your post will save another person from the hastle. You should contact the Better Business Bureau.

I have just one question, was a contract signed? If one was does it specifically state an approximate delivery date? If you didn't sign anything than you are at the store, manufacturer, and distributor's mercy. If you have something signed however you need to remind them of that. If they don't deliver you can sue to at least get your money back. I am sorry that you are going through this.

That really is a bummer. I'm sorry you have to go through this. I agree with what Lacey said. Hopefully you do have some type of a signed agreement. Thank you for the forewarning for anyone else who may be concidering using this company.
