so i wanted to make a lil extra cash. i just bought the new car and had to put a down 249 for my insurance premium fr both cars by the end of this week. i really didn't feel like using my own money to pay for it lol sounds weird. but i remember southenqueen (i think that's her sn) made a thread about her ebay success so i finally decided to give it a try. DANG i wish i had tried ebay long ago!
11 people are watching my coach purse
2 people are watching my digital camera
and 2 PEOPLE ARE WATCHING MY WEDDING DRESS!!! (and i thought i couldn't get rid of that. i seriously tried through craigslist!)

sorry i was just so happy i had to let it out. i'm jumping for joy right now. that's an extra 250 in my wallet if they sell!

so here's the deal. victor has his chp testing this month. he also has like a 99% chance of getting this job that pays 30/hr. the drawback is it's in chicago. i don't feel like bringing too much stuff. i thought i should just sell it instead... you know.... get rid of junk/make money doing it. :grinhappy: i just hope he gets that job!

Congrats!! Don't let yourself get your hopes up until there is a bid on em though... I've had like 20 people watching something but no bids... Also, I had someone bid on a $300 item I had listed, and they retracted their bid the day before the auction ended. They can do that up until 24 hours before the auction.

I hope it works for you though!!! Fantastic! Sorry I wasn't trying to be negative... just informative :)

I have had a lot of luck with ebay. It can be a great way to get rid of quality things that you simply don't want any longer.

I hope you have a lot of bids!!

Congrats on selling stuff! I have sold a couple things on eBay, but no real money makers. We are having a garage sale on Saturday so hopefully we will make a decent profit! We have some big things.

the coach swingpack for sure will get sold. right now it's at 70 with 14 people watching it. i'm laughing cuz i's only a coach swinpack and i bought it on clearance at macys for 70 so i'm pretty much getting my money back or perhaps even more since there's 23 hrs left

That's awsome! I wasn't trying to burst your bubble... I was just sharing that's all.

I hope they all sell for you!

oh no i totally understood. i've had ebay before and experienced all that. that's why i was reluctant to sell my dress on there and waste money on the listing fee....blah! but so far it's lookin gooooooood!
