wording help

I am still a little bit away from doing up our invitations, but as I am going to do them myself I am looking for the words. We don't have many location details worked out, but I figured I could just work them into a wording style once I find it. We are paying for it on our own. So we don't want to mention parents (long, long sordid story). I kinda want to tie it into our cake topper which says I married my friend. I already got the DIY invitations. they are not folded just a piece of cardstock with a border of silver hearts and roses. Our theme is red, silver, white hearts and i married my friend the one i live for, laugh with, dream with, love. So i want to use that at the top and say something under it.
Does anyone know of any websites or books or other resources i may look into for this. I have already tried versethis.com and didn't really find anything that i liked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
