I don't have a picture on her like a lot of people do, but I just figured out how to use that photobucket thing and here is our engagement photo. It is also in my journal along with another pic.

Awwwe, you guys look cute ;) We had a thread a while back where posted pics of us with our guys ... maybe now that we have a few new people we should resurrect that thread :wink: Let me see if I can find it ...

We wouldn't have gotten professional engagement photos if we wouldn't have won them. We would have just gotten a friend with a good camera to take them for us. Photographers are soooo expensive. I had no idea before.

Photographers are VERY expensive. I am lucky enough.. my MOH's husband is a photography student, so he is doing them all for me. He really does great work.

I like the pictures. You two make a nice couple. I know what you mean about photographers being so expensive. We had to have engagement pictures done to pacify my mother. Luckily a friend is a photographer and only cahged us $60 to do them in her studio. I wish she was avaliable to do our wedding.

Thanks everyone. I won a bridal portrait too, but I am waiting a little while to get it done, and I also am having another bridal portrait that goes with the wedding package I purchased. The one that I won will be an outdoor photo. The photographer is in Houston and I am thinking of going downtown and doing an urban picture with the city in the back ground or something and the other one that we have to pay for with my dog. Or I saw this one pic at a bridal fair with the bride sitting down with her feet on the table and she was wearing boots and she had a beer in her hand. It was kinda cute.

Thanks for sharing! I love being able to put a face on everyone here. You never know what to expect and nine times out of ten I've pictured someone completely different! It's like a fun guessing game. You guys are a lovely couple!

I know what you mean about putting a face to people. What about me, do I look anything like you expected?
