Today I booked my photographer! I am so excited about it! I am getting the "complete package." This includes a one hour bridal portrait, digitial negatives, and 6 hours of coverage, and 400 photos taken. It is costing $625. She is not a professional photographer. Actually she is a school teacher. Photography is her hobby. She does senior pictures and has done several weddings. Personally I think her work is just as good as some of the professional photographers I've seen out there. Besides that she is familiar with us and our family. I think it will be wonderful.

WOW! That sounds like an awsome deal!
Ours is $1000 for 5 hours and 200 prints and viewing album. We got free engagement photos as well. We haven't gone to take them yet. We're waiting for it to get a little nicer so we could do them outside if we wanted.

those both sound like really great deals! my fiance and i really lucked out. we got 10 hours of video and photo coverage, a leather bound storybook album, online proofing, 3 dvds, and free bridal and engagement portraits for only $2000! i know that's alot of money but we got absolutely every angle of coverage for a lot less then i could find anywhere. any bride who's looking for a photographer or videographer would be crazy to not at least call them.

Kacie that is a great deal. A freind is paying for mine as a gift to us. It is costing about $3500. For that price we get about 5 to 6 hours of coverage, before the ceremony, during, after, and the reception. We get all 400 or so proofs , the rights to make copies of all photos, all photos on a disc, and a coffee table book ( a type of album ) She does awsome work. And she is so nice and easy to talk to. She said she may bring her husband because she is travelign about 4 1/2 hours to do my wedding. I told her he is welcome to the reception as well.
