I have had so much fun reading all of your wedding plans and looking at pictures, so I thought I would start documenting my own. You all seem like such a great group of girls with awesome ideas.
A little bit about me, I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and work for my dad at State Farm. Before I worked at SF, I was working at Hy-Vee in the catering department and that is how I met Brad. We started off as friends and to be honest if you asked me 3 years ago if Brad was the one, I would have said absolutely not. We were too good of friends and I had been dating someone for about 4 years. A year later, we were both single and starting hanging out quite a bit more and decided to date. After a year of dating we found out we were going to be blessed with a baby. We now have a beautiful 8 month old named Grace. April 3, on my birthday, Brad took me to a park that over looks the Iowa River, it is one of my favorite places. There are many hiking trails and off the trails are over looks that you can get a good look at the hills and river. We were standing there taking everything in (it was one of the first nice days after a very long winter) it was a perfect day. He got down on one knee and I can't remember anything he said, I just kept saying thank you =) It was the best birthday present I have ever received.
I will have to post some pictures here as soon as I find them =)
