Those are SO CUTE!!! We were thinking about that as well, but I don't think our venue would allow us to have sparklers (even though it will be the day after 4th of July). I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask though.

Are there instructions for folding/cutting the paper?

I like the saying on the tag. I was going to write "Our love sparkles like an eternal flame." Now I have to decide which I prefer.

They didnt say how to fold the paper, but it looked like to me you would just take an 8X11 paper and fold it at an angle.

I figured out how to do it so all is good! :)

I folded the paper in quarters. Then on the 2nd and 4th quarters I cut out the angle. Then I folded it back up. I may only do one angled part though because I don't think we'll hand out matches. I think we'll just have everyone light their sparkler from the person next to them.
