what the little green boxes mean? Why are some peoples longer than others?

I think It has to do with how many posts you have had and what status you are. The more posts you make, the more little green boxes you get, and your status goes up, Junior, Senior...

I could be wrong though. Considering you have more than I do, but less posts. I'm sure one of the Senior members knows.

They're your reputation points. When people agree (or disagree) with your posts, they can give you points. Check out UserCP to see all the reputations people have given you.
