Wow, where did time go! I had every intention on getting fit before the big day but it's april and I haven't done a thing yet. I have 3 months to day and hoping I can lose a little, tone a lot before the big day.

So, what am I doing:
I plan to walk after work everyday
Eat better
Fast food once a week
Exercise at least 4x a week.

If you have any suggestions, recipies - please post. I'm looking for a good work out video.

What I ate today:
Breakfast: Cantaloupe and cream soda
Lunch: Philly cheese steak style sandwich on pita w/water- I used lean
ground beef and had lots of onions and peppers - Thats gotta count
for something.
Dinner: Arby Chicken Bacon Swiss crispy w/Tea- I needed comfort just
found out the FH will be staying in Seattle for 2 months - :censored:

So not really a great start but I'll report the good and the bad.

Wish me luck!

Firespirit uses some workout videos. Maybe you can look at her journal for suggestions. I'm sorry that FH is going to be in Seattle for two months. Maybe you can surprise him with a killer body when he gets back!!

I like Denise Austin. I guess it really depends if you can handle her peppyness.

I really like her video called Personal Training System. There are 10 different workouts to choose from, 2 cardio, 3 upper body, 3 lower body, Abs and flexibility. I also like her Boot camp one for cardio. I've also got pilates, but I'm not really sure I feel like I workout with that.

For other people I've got an older one called Jab, Kick and Burn. That's a lot of fun, but I get lost on the steps sometimes. I've also got a toning video that came with a band and that's okay, I'm still getting used to using a band though. I've also got Paula Abdul's Get Up and Dance, but again I get lost on some of the steps (I think I've got 2 left feet).

I get bored easily so I like to try out a video before I add it to my collection now, so I've started adding videos to my netflix cue to see if I like the person and feel like I get a good workout with it. I should get to try out one of the Biggest Loser ones next week sometime I think.

Saturday
Walked- maybe 30 min
Breakfast:Post select whole grain cereal and apple juice - I think
Snack:water, yoplait 100 cal banana cream yogurt
Lunch:peanut butter jelly sandwich on wheat, water
Snack:sausage cheese sandwich on jelly toast
Dinner:taco salad, water

Went to the movies to see "Baby Mama" starring Tina Fey- Very Funny! I was inline all ready to get my pretzel with cheese and a large slurpie but I walked away. Yeah! me.

Sunday
Breakfast: strawberry chex
Dinner: Pastor and Wife Anniversary at church so i had a little bit of everything. I think I did really good with the portion size and i didn't have any cake. - Baked beans, dressing, mac&cheese, yams, homemade roll, spaghetti, tropical punch.

Biggest Loser Power Sculpt Level 1 - 30 mins.

I think i'm going to get the Biggest Loser cardio tape as well. Anyone tried it?
A yoga video would be great too. I have Fibromyalgia so that would really help. Thanks for the suggestions.

What shall I eat tomorrow?
