So I did a good thing today.... I cleaned out our pantry. No matter how much we TRY to eat well, and not snack on junk food (my addiction is hummus and pita chips, his is Doritos), so long as we have stuff like that in the house, there's the temptation to munch on it.

To add to it, we had a party a few weeks ago, and had a TON of extra food leftover (I mean literally 6 giant unopened bags of chips, among other things)....

So this morning before I left for work, I cleaned every last bit of junk food out of the pantry... cookies, chips, crackers... more chips. Anything open, I tossed. But all the unopened, fresh bags of chips? I brought them to work - my co-workers are vultures, so they'll eat them. :bblol:

So here's to a fresh start!

That's awesome! Good job. When Chad & I moved in with eachother I left any junky food at my dad's house. It's a nice clean fresh start! One of my friends was trying to lose weight and she would snack on all of her kids junk food. Well, her kids didn't need the crappy food either so she got rid of it and lost weight. Yay!

Good luck with the fresh start! :flower:

All my coworkers are like "Who's the Dorito fairy?"

The hard part is going to be just not buying MORE next time we're at the store, but we've both been eating a lot better the last couple weeks, and we've both lost weight, so neither of us wants to un-do the progress we've made. :bblol:

The Dorito Fairy...so much better than the Tooth Fairy. :bblol:

We cleaned out our pantry today, because we are moving. We gave some unopened Peeps to my sister and stuff like that...to try to get rid of stuff.
