Ok, is it just me, or does seeing your FH with a baby (not your own) make you want one?

This was taking over the last winter holidays, and seeing it really makes me want to procreate! :bblol: It's FH with my best friend's baby girl... only 5 weeks at the time of the picture.

i TOTALLY agree. My FCIL (cousin) had a baby, as well as a mutual friend. he's sooo cute holding them. Both girls :D

When my cousin had her second back in Jan we went to visit her and FH wouldn't hold the baby. Maybe thats why :bblol:

definately ... my FH was holding someones baby the other day and the baby was comfortable with him. It actually looked like my FH was the dad.

its not even just baby babies. its all kids girls. Our niece is 3 and when she comes and she is "mikey's girl" i always just sit back and watch. My two fav people in the world look so longingly at each other as if they have never seen anyone so beautiful and it makes me GIDDY-- everytime.. heres some idea of what im talking about :)

I don't want a a baby anytime soon, but seeing him with kids makes me think he will be a great daddy someday!

This is him with his Best Man's baby about a year and a half ago. He always talks about how she is "soo cute." She is walking and talking now so he loves her even more.

I agree with the seeing our men with babies. My hubby and I do not have one of our own, but seeing him with our granddaughter(my sons baby) I know it would be a positive experience. He is already a great stepdad to my 4 children ages 13 - 20. But I can't shake the feelin that at 45, its better to just enjoy the grandbabies.:bbconfused:

My FH is sooo good with children. They all cling onto him. ^_^ I'm really bad with kids though, I always try to avoid them lol.

Aw, she's so tiny in his arms! After seeing my friend's baby, I wanted one sooner. Maybe next year.

I can't wait and we have started trying for a baby!!! We thought we would wait but we changed our minds. It is in God's hands anyways. We were going to wait at least a year but we have already been living together so what is the point.

Funny to believe that I almost stopped dating my husband because he said he did not want kids. He was full of **** though he just did not know what he wanted. He thought all kids were brats etc.... lol He had just never been around any kids. Now after being around our friends kids and my nieces and nephews he is truly a changed man. It is funny because the kids just kind of gravitate towards him!!! :winktongue:

He wants a boy big time!!

FH and I do share a daughter, but I definitely know what you guys are talking about. Before we had our baby girl, I felt the same way when he played with our nephew Josh, who was born about 6 months after we started dating. My gut feelings told me he'd be a great dad, and you know what HE IS!!! :D My little bean adores him and walks around the house looking for him when he isn't home. She doesn't even say "Da Da" she says "Dad" clear as anything. Its so cute, one day she even peered up the stairs calling "Dad" when he wasn't home. I kept telling her "daddy's not home" but she wanted to be sure for herself. Here he is telling her that her foot is stinky LOL

I was going to wait until we were married myself  but I broke down and gave him his little girl. I kept saying things like "we should wait until we have more $$ saved up etc etc." and his response was "if we keep waiting for all those things we'll never have a baby" (I was secretly waiting for a ring though, but I have that now so its OK)

I think they all want boys my FH said the same but he adores our little girl. They always say "Daddy's little girl". He still wants to try for a boy after we're married but I have a feeling we're going to end up with all girls LOL.

Steve somehow thinks we will magicly just have one boy.. LOL. My sis and i cursed him with twin girls. :D Funny thing is, it will probably happen, too! His mommy is a twin, and it skips gen.. And its REALLY heavy on my side of the family. I'm all for it if it means i'll only have to go through labor once! :winktongue:

FH has a friend who's wife got pregnant with twin girls...then turned around and got pregnant again with another set of twin girls! Now they have 4 girls in a matter of a few years! She had to quit her job because day care was as much as she was making if not more so! So if you do have twins be careful afterwords!!!

My mom was told she had a HIGH possibility for having twins again.. So she fixed herself as soon as possible! Hehe

LOL Perhaps you just like that baby because he is your nephew now? and perhaps those baloons look familiar because that picture was taken at your wedding reception!

Are you back from the DR so soon? If not, get back to honeymooning gal!!!!

We're back. 7 days was enough for Adam, he was ready to come home. I coulda moved in haha. Although we learned after the first few days that pigging out on the amazing food only made you want to nap for about an hour after every meal, so left very little daylight to do anything other than eat, drink and nap! lol.

We did find an Itty Bitty(poor kid, he'll never know his real name!) sized hawaiian shirt though! It's SOOOOO cute. Hopefully it'll fit him this year.
