question on favor boxes

I was getting ready to fill and do the boxes, and wondered, when filling the boxes ... are you suppose to put tissue or something down then put the hershey kisses in there? or are you suppose to fill the entire box with kisses? (i would have to head back out and get quite a bit more of the kisses if I do so)

I didn't realize how sparse it looked when I added the kisses in there. I was putting 2 hugs, 2 purple ones, 2 silver and 2 gold. Is that enough? Too much? Too little?

I guess it would depend on how big the boxes were if they looked sparse or not.

We have the same favors. We only put 9 kisses total (3 pink, 3 green, and 3 just married). I thought they looked empty too. But I think 9 is plenty of kisses and I didn't want to take the time to put something in the bottom so I just left ours. But if you are worried about it I think a little tissue would be good.
