First, what style of bouquet are you trying to make? That will determine what "other stuff" you need to complete the bouquet.
If you are doing a clutch or arm bouquet, you won't need anything more than something to tie it with and ribbons.
If you are doing a round or cascade bouquet, you will need a styrofoam holder, and I would recommend wood & wire picks to add to the end of the flowers to keep them from falling out of the styrofoam.
What kinds of flowers do you have that you want to use? What are you using for greenery?
If you can give me an idea of what you are working with, I will be happy to try and help you with design ideas.
ETA - Based on the fact you already have the flowers, I am making the assumption that you are using silk flowers. If that isn't correct, then the supplies will be much different, so be sure to let us know that too.

The first thing you need to decide is what style bouquet you want-
Check out the following link to see samples of what styles are out there:

With the flowers you have chosen, I would pick either a hand tied nosegay type bouquet or an arm bouquet. Something that doesn't require a holder because the holder foam is small and the sunflower stems are not. Since you are not experienced in floral design, it might be tough for you to get all the stems in the holder without alot of frustration.

I like the nosegay with the hand tied look. That is kinda neat!
