I swear by M.A.C Studio Fix Power/Foundation. It's both in one. It covers and conceals AND you don't even feel like you're wearing it.

And I'd definitely recommend some waterproof eye makeup and long last lipstick. All from M.A.C are fabulous.

I would suggest looking at Make Up For Ever foundations (sold at Sephora), the Face & Body formula is terrific. It looks like real skin and photographs beautifully. Laura Mercier Oil Free (normal/combo/oily types) or Silk Creme (if you're dry) are also terrific.

What you want to look for in a foundation is something without sunscreen (mainly titanium dioxide). It can give a whitish cast in photos, making you look much paler than you actually are.

Make an appointment at a department store counter - Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Chanel, and in some cases, MAC are all good options. I'm not a huge fan of MAC foundations though.

i highly recommend bare essentials products. amazing stuff, i truly got addicted to it it has become a routine in my morning schedule to use it and it doesn't take long. it makes you look light and fresh and they have awesome eye colors and different things to buy..one of the best buys i have yet to come across, check out the website and there is probably a video you can watch and see for yourself
