Engagement Present from My Insurance Agent

Earlier in the week I called my Insurance Agent that I have my Homeowners and Car insurance with so that I could find out what I needed to do to get my wedding ring set insured. I got the information and am getting everything together to get the policy in place this week.

On Friday when I came home from work and checked the mailbox, there was an envelope in there from my agent's office. I opened it to find a Congratulations card signed by everyone in the office and a $25.00 gift card to a really nice restaurant as an engagement gift. What a neat surprise! I never would have expected anything- but this little gesture has just made me realize what great service they have always provided me and I will be sure to keep my business with them even after I sell my house and move in with Mack.

Wow, that is great! I love when businesses go out of their way like that; I would have been just as impressed with the card, but the gift card is a definite plus!

That's awsome! Mind sharing who you use? I had a State Farm agent who would send me birthday cards every year. It was great!

Thanks Ladies! I thought it was very cool! My insurance company is Farmer's Insurance and my agent's name is Stormy Johnson for anyone who is in the Austin, Texas area. They have been great to work with- this past 6 months they were even able to drop the price of my car insurance by over $300 for 6 months by going with a different underwriter. I have always been so impressed with them but this blew me away!
